14-day revision guarantee

If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to changes to the original brief.

When a refund applies

• Emerald Translations cannot complete the work within the agreed timeline and the client chooses to cancel
• The delivered work contains fundamental errors that cannot be corrected through revision
• The service is not delivered for reasons attributable to Emerald Translations

How to request a refund

Write to hello@emerald-translations.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order reference and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 working days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.
