Most standard projects are priced per word. Rates depend on the language pair, subject matter complexity, and whether the timeline is standard or express. You always receive a fixed confirmed quote before we start. Our packages on the pricing page are flat-rate for the word volumes listed.
A typical document of 1,000 to 2,000 words takes 2 to 3 working days through our standard workflow. Larger projects are scoped individually. Express delivery in 24 hours is available as an add-on for documents up to approximately 2,000 words.
Yes. For ongoing clients and projects with repetitive text, we build and maintain a translation memory that keeps your terminology consistent and reduces costs on future work. The TM Setup add-on covers the initial build for new clients.
An apostille is a form of authentication that certifies the origin of a public document for use in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention. It is typically required for birth certificates, marriage documents, court orders, and other official papers when used abroad. We can assist with the apostille process alongside the translation.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery. If the fundamental quality is genuinely below what was specified and revision cannot resolve it, we will discuss a partial or full refund. See our full Refund Policy for the conditions.
