Brand Communication
Marketing copy, website content, press releases, and campaign text adapted to sound natural in every target language.
About this service
E-commerce localisation is not the same as website translation. A product description that sells well in Italian may need to be structurally rethought for German audiences, who tend to respond to detailed specifications rather than evocative language. A size guide that works for UK buyers looks different for Italian customers. A checkout confirmation email that sounds warm in Spanish may come across as too casual in Dutch.
We work with Italian brands expanding into European markets, and with non-Italian retailers coming into Italy. In both directions, the work goes well beyond translating text. We adapt units of measurement, date formats, currency display, formal or informal register choices, seasonal references, and any cultural touchpoints that affect whether the content feels native.
For Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, and custom platforms, we can work directly with CSV exports, XML feeds, or JSON files, or through your CMS interface. We set up a product glossary before touching any product text so that terms like your flagship materials, size names, or brand-specific vocabulary are translated consistently from the first file to the last.
Beyond product text, we also localise homepage content, category landing pages, blog posts, customer emails, return policy text, and any other content layer that shapes the buyer experience.
